Papa, Nina and Aunt Margie visit

We were so excited when Papa called and said they were planning on coming up to see the babies (and us too of course). As he's said a million times since Carter was born, this was the longest he's ever gone without getting his hands on one of his "heartthrobs". He's been dying to get up to Memphis. As always there were lots of squeals and laughs. We were just praying the "big kids" didn't throw Papa's back out and put him back in the hospital with another back surgery! :)
Anxiously awaiting their arrival to meet the infamous Papa and Nina
The good thing about having three is Papa has to share and Nina gets some kiddo loving too :)

It always warms my heart to her the squeals coming coming from everyone when playing with Papa. It just reminds me of when we were growing up.

After single one of us have one of these pictures. I think he used holding Carter as his excuse to rest a little.

Kennedy was so worn out from her visit she took her paci and baby doll that are usually only for bedtime around the block for our walk after they left.
And then within seconds of sitting down, she was out! I think this is what Papa looked like in the back of Aunt Margie's car driving home.
