Man. Once you get behind on blogs its just impossible to catch up. I am only 4 months behind. I've been keeping a list of all the blogs I need to do so when I get a chance I just go back to the list, at least that's caught up! It's only a page long! But unfortunately now I've lost the list so I'm really in trouble! I have decided to just jump to the most recent and work my way back when I can. At some point, maybe after the first of the year I'm going to print my books of the last 3 years! I've printed 2009 so I will only have 3 years worth of blogs to print! The kids love grabbing that book and flipping through to look at all Caleb was up to. That is what keeps me motivated to some day catch up. Tyler asked me one day "Do you think anyone actually reads your blogs?" After giving him a really mean look I replied "I don't know and it doesn't really matter because this is my way of trying to get it all down somewhere to save and be able to look back later. Plus just because you don't doesn't mean someone else doesn't"
So anyway. Last night to celebrate one of our friends birthday, we went roller skating! Date night on the roller rink. It was really fun. We were all goofing off, the guys were showing off their mad skills, occasionally landing them on their butts! It was a great idea for a fun date night. The couple that skates together stays together, right :)
Gabe was a little nervous at first but he seemed to get the hang of it after a few crashes.
