Caleb has been so excited to feed the giraffes at the zoo but we kept going at the wrong time or the wrong day. When we saw they were open the day we went, we booked it over there before it ended. Caleb sprinted up to the lady and asked her "are you pwosed (closed) yet?" And then I saw my favorite, excited, big opened mouthed grin light up his face when she said "nope come on up!"

| The lady thought it was so cute how excited he was and gave him a couple more pieces and told him to only give them one at a time because they'll just steal it all. |
In the mean time, Sis was cowering over smooshed up next to the rail as far away as she could get crying. Poor thing was so scared. We had to walk towards the giraffes to get back down the ramp and she went nuts thinking I was feeding her to them! :) She may not be afraid to climb up on things and copy her brother but she is afraid of big animals real or fake.
