Caleb's new trick

So Caleb didn't think pulling up and standing on the fireplace was good enough, he needed to crawl all the way up there. Yesterday I caught him up on top of the fireplace playing but today I was able to get it on film. MiMi was curious how he did it, and Daddy thought I put him up there. Well here's just how little man managed to get up there, notice the grunting and fussing the whole way.

My new favorite show is the Doctors. If you've never seen it, you need to check it out. I learn something new every day. And Travis is the old Bachelor that was an ER doctor (one of my favorites they've had so far!!) Well yesterday they were talking about Mommy remedies for different things and we decided to try out the teething remedy. Soak a washcloth in juice and freeze it. It gives them something cold to chew on but tastes better than the plastic teething rings. I was afraid it'd be really sticky but I just wiped his hands when he was done and it was fine. Caleb sat there for at least 15-20 minutes sucking out the juice and gnawing on that washcloth. He loved it!! And no we don't have any teeth yet! I think I see what may be one on the bottom but Caleb doesn't ever really let me look or

feel. Who can blame him? I guess I wouldn't want people putting their hands in my mouth all the time either. Oh well! They'll pop in when they're good and ready!

We are so excited for MiMi and K-Naye to come on Friday and for our trip to Shreveport next week. I am ready for some pool/lake/sun time, well and to visit our family and friends :)
